Nice hotel and good location with excellent service from staff. Food was only average and price was too high.

An excellent hotel in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the Old Town square. Rooms clean & comfortable, excellent breakfast. We would certainly use this hotel again & recommend it to our friends.

Satisfyied with hotel accommodation,dining,location and price.Service not great,failed to get a drink one night at 10.30 pm approx.

We enjoyed our stay, but just so you can improve your service: The shower head was not secure (fell of each time, had to jam it with paper) the shower base leaked on to the floor (wife slipped) had to use the towels to walk on. BUT WE WILL USE THE HOTEL AGAIN.

Very clean. Perfect location for City centre. Great value for money. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good food too. Helpful and polite staff. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our Europian holiday(value, price and location). We got one of the hotel suites(I suppose the traveller season had not started yet, that?s why). The hotel\'s location is great - in the center of everything and no need for any public transport, the room was brilliant, though the staff was not that friendly, but who cares (I suppose the reason is that they are not that fluent in English) Certainly the best value for money and much better than the other 3 star hotel we stayed in Prague(Botel Albatros - yik, how could both be 3 star). I have to say that the hotel rate on TravelPoland.com was much less than the normal rate, this is why I booked it and it was really value for money, especially if you are on a tight budget.

Great hotel and so well located - near the main station and the main square in Krakow. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Reception staff were not very helpful and some of them were rude. There was a smell in the corridoors of the hotel. No air conditioning in the rooms.

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there had been a mistake in the online booking and there wasn't a room available. However they got us another room in a hotel that was even closer to the centre of town and it was of a very high standard, they even aranged a free taxi to take us there. Therefore the service from the Matejo staff was excellent.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location for sightseeing the old city. Staff very well informed and friendly. Accomodation very clean and well maintained. This was our 4th stay at this hotel and we will definitely be coming back. Braekfast very reasonable. Did not try the dinner menu.
